We’ve been proudly serving this community for 25 years, and I’m reaching out with two important updates.

First, we’re excited to introduce Chris, our newly hired and fully trained driver. With Chris on board, we’re beginning to adjust our routes to run more efficiently. As a result, your pickup time may be earlier than usual, so we strongly recommend putting your trash out the night before your scheduled day to avoid being missed. It may take us a few weeks to fully settle into the new schedule, but once we do, your pickup time should be more consistent week to week.

Second, starting July 1st, there will be a modest rate increase of 3–6%, which will appear on your next billing statement. Commercial container accounts will be reviewed and adjusted individually. Our last rate change was in February 2022, and as you know, nearly every cost has gone up since then — from fuel and equipment to employee wages.

This isn’t an easy decision, but it’s necessary to continue providing safe, reliable service while taking care of our hardworking team. We’re committed to keeping rates as low as possible, and we truly appreciate your understanding. At Exodus, we’re more than just a service — we’re your neighbors. We value the trust you’ve placed in us and remain dedicated to doing right by our customers and our towns.
